Things To Do        
The community is invited to come out and experience the
future Pop Warner Rail Trail on Saturday, February 11th,
from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  This is a free event open to all
who are interested in having some winter family fun! 
Trailhead is located at the historic B & P Depot, now Spring
Creek Pharmacy on West Main near Waverly Street. 

This invitation is extended for all to walk, hike, dog walk and
weather permitting, ski and snowshoe on the B & P (Buffalo
& Pittsburgh) Railroad right-of-way in Springville.  Snowshoe
rentals will be available courtesy of Colden’s skate, board &
ski shop, Sliders.   From 1pm-3pm, special guests, Earth
Spirit Educational Services from Orchard Park, will be
conducting an informational walk on the wildlife and ecology
of the trail.  Dogs and horses are welcome, but please no
motorized vehicles.

The event is sponsored by the Village of Springville and the
Springville Area Chamber of Commerce with support from
the Pop Warner Trail Steering Committee and Erie
Cattaraugus Rail Trail and the permission of the Buffalo & Pittsburgh Railroad.

The Pop Warner Trail Steering Committee, a group of local residents planning the future management and development of the rails to trails in Springville, is the planning team for this event.
